Diet is not a part of anything, it is the mandate portion for survival. The point that is to be remembered that “dieting” doesn’t work on weight loss or gain, the customized diet acts as a valuable tool for achieving optimum health status. Whoever in weight management regimen must withhold the concept of zero carb diet, low fat diet and so on. Dieticians are there to customize one’s diet plan following all worldwide guidelines and based on the particular person’s perception as well considering his all kind of circumstances. So, during the gym sessions, the dietary plan varies person to person. Balanced diet is suitable for one, and then his friend may follow the keto diet. Many people, who don’t know the detrimental consequences of intermittent diet, crazily follow the trend and then massive muscle loss, nutrient deprivation occurs. Thus the role of dieticians/ nutritionists relies profoundly in the field of weight management regimen. There are many supplements, shakes available in the market. But one can consume it after expert’s recommendation. There can be “cheat day”, can be “sick leave” or any other “problematic day”.
