People are getting obese, unfit, stressed with all sorts of metabolic, lifestyle and cardiovascular diseases. There is increased incidence of various pain and body imbalances too.
Pharma and Hospital sector are earning billions taking advantage of people’s ignorance. The fitness industry in India earns peanuts, compared to the pharma, laboratory and hospital giants.
As a person becomes aware of his unfit self, he / she wants to take proper diet and exercise guidance from experts. Sometimes, he / she is forced to go to the fitness path after being directed by his doctor. Either way the goal is fixed.
But where to go? Where can he/she find the perfect gym, trainer or dietitian, as per his/her requirement? Whom can he rely upon for scientific knowledge based guidance?
Can he/she get the complete fitness guidance from his/her doctor?
Unfortunately, NO. Every person must have his/her own personalized diet and exercise plan. It’s not the job of a doctor to guide him throughout the journey, nor he is an expert in all the aspects of fitness.
People can check, compare and choose them online from Fitnet website/app. Payment can be done online, or at the gym.
Services will be of 5 types (after website comes up):
Premium service : 3, 6 & 12 months package with fitness trainer and dietitian selected at the selected gym. Payment by client will be online, before service or on site (at gym) on the first day.
First visit by both trainer and dietitian should be on separate days. Client should be asked to return after a week and thereafter monthly. Online, phone, whatsapp and email contact is to be continued with client.
Premium service includes assessment of fitness and dietary habit, phone/online medical support by Dr. Basudev Tewari, giving away free fitness kit, a free diet and fitness book with worksheets.
For continuing exercise at gym with floor training or personal training, client needs to make separate deal with gym.
Single consultation service : Single consultation with dietitian and fitness trainer. (May be on same or different days) Payment can be online, before service or at the gym on the day of consultation.
Online dietitian service : Dietitian will contact with client online, by phone, whatsapp, mail etc. Client will be given personalised diet charts and other relevant advice. Payment will be online, before service.
Home fitness service : Service will include single home visit, interaction with client, demonstration of exercise and other personalised fitness advice. Payment will be online, before service.
Personal training (home or gym) : This is for fitness trainers only. This includes normal personal training service and will be of monthly package including 2 to 3 sessions per week. Payment will be online, before service.

The pricing of all kinds of services under Fitnet will be after discussion and consent of gym, fitness trainer and dietitians.
We also don’t want any subscription money from any service provider. We want our whole team to grow with us.
For all service providers : Just give your consent, keep your data in our website and serve our clients.
We recommend all service providers to keep a slight discount from their regular service for Fitnet. The margin of profit of Fitnet will be utilized by the company for its development and expansion.
We need to make a list of data we want for every fitness trainer, dietitian and Gym. A registration form will be given to get the data.
But before website comes up, FitNet will operate via the FitNet Facebook Page.

Free Nutrition and Fitness Consultation
Free Nutrition and Fitness Consultation is a complementary service from FitNet team. This is to help people in need and part of our awareness campaign. Fitness trainer or dietitian, as per requirement, will be allotted to client for a single consultation over phone. There will be no online doctor support in free service.
FitNet Personal Training Service
Home – Rs 8,000 & Gym – Rs 9,500 /month
FitNet personal training service is a monthly service which consists of 3 hourly sessions per week with fitness trainer (total of 12 – 13 sessions per month). This includes comprehensive exercise package starting from assessment to exercise progression and monitoring.
For a session with dietitian/nutritionist Rs 1,000/- will be charged per session. Online doctor support, if required, will be provided by Dr. Basudev Tewari (doctor, BFY certified fitness trainer and NESTA certified fitness fitness nutrition coach) over phone/mail/whatsapp. But doctor will not do any online treatment here.
FitNet Online Paid Consultation Service
Price: Rs 5,000/- (no installment facility)
FitNet Online Paid Consultation Service is a 3 months pure online, paid consultation service, where fitness trainer and dietitian will provide guidance (including nutritional and fitness assessment, diet charts, exercise regimens etc.) over phone/mail/whatsapp. Weekly monitoring and follow up will be continued over phone/mail/whatsapp.
Online doctor support, if required, will be provided by Dr. Basudev Tewari (doctor, BFY certified fitness trainer and NESTA certified fitness nutrition coach) over phone/mail/whatsapp. But doctor will not do any treatment here.
FitNet Premium Service (at gym)
Price: Rs 6,000 (also Rs 3,500 + Rs 3,000 in 2 installments)
FitNet Premium Service is a 3 months paid consultation service, which consists of 2 to 4 face to face sessions with a fitness trainer (as per requirement) and 2 sessions with a dietitian, in a predetermined gym/fitness center. Further consultation with fitness trainer and dietitian will be over phone/mail/whatsapp.
Online doctor support, if required, will be provided by Dr. Basudev Tewari (doctor, BFY certified fitness trainer and NESTA certified fitness nutrition coach) over phone/mail/whatsapp. But doctor will not do any treatment here.
FitNet Home Service (at home/office)
Price : Rs 7,000 (also Rs 4,000 + Rs 3,500 in 2 installments)
FitNet Home Service is a 3 months paid consultation service, which consists of 2 to 4 face to face sessions with a fitness trainer (as per requirement) and 2 sessions with a dietitian, at the comfort of client’s home/office. Further consultation with fitness trainer and dietitian will be over phone/mail/whatsapp.
Online doctor support, if required, will be provided by Dr. Basudev Tewari (doctor, BFY certified fitness trainer and NESTA certified fitness nutrition coach) over phone/mail/whatsapp. But doctor will not do any online treatment here.
