The title itself tells you that our country is colorful with wide diversity of food as well with wide culture. India is a country with vast diversity with huge food variety of various culture tradition with their food. The different cuisine and wide range varies from typical snack to mouth watering desserts.

India is a country with 29 states and 7 union territories.

So our country is nourished with 29 states and 7 union territories so we are having culture and the diversity on huge span for example some healthy meals of some states are those mentioned…

With culture we have different type of religion so with them we have number of dishes from different culture and with them we have different – different culture practice with their religion and customs. And different style method of cooking there food our country is flourished with good range of flora and fauna with different states culture and due of good variety raw material and with good climatic or geographical conditions and which automatically leads to good healthy food a good healthy diet.

A cuisine is a style of cooking characterized by distinctive ingredients, techniques and dishes. It’s usually associated with a specific culture or geographic region. A cuisine is primarily influenced by the ingredients that are available locally or through trade.

Religious food laws, such as Hindu, Islamic and Jewish dietary laws, can also exercise a strong influence on cuisine. Regional food preparation traditions, customs and ingredients often combine to create dishes unique to a particular region. The cuisine is also influenced by centuries of Islamic rule, particularly the Mughal rule. Samosas and pilafscan be regarded as examples.

Historical events such as foreign invasions, trade relations, and colonialism have played a role in introducing certain foods to this country. For instance, potato, a staple of the diet in some regions of India, was brought to India by the Portuguese, who also introduced chillies and breadfruit.

Staple foods of Indian cuisine include pearl millet (bājra), rice, whole-wheat flour (aṭṭa), and a variety of lentils, such as masoor (most often red lentils), tuer (pigeon peas), urad (black gram), and moong (mung beans). Lentils may be used whole, dehusked—for example, dhuli moong or dhuli urad—or split. Split lentils, or dal, are used extensively. Some pulses, such as channa or cholae (chickpeas), rajma (kidney beans), and lobiya (black- eyed peas) are very common, especially in the northern regions. Channa and moong are also processed into flour (besan). As all these sources are rich in balanced diet a diet rich with protein intake with carbohydrates with fats to provide you a nutritional meal A balance diet is one which contain wide variety of food in such quantity and proportion that complete your body required need. The diet is full nourished with whole amount of nutrients as from their veg/non-veg sources which leads to a complete meal in the form of snack, soups, desserts, main course.

For north Indian rich gravy meals (which generally complete your (milk ) and protein calcium intake. Like for vegetarians dal makhani shai panner,or normal lentils and for non – vegetarian there are butter chicken chicken tikkas another rich protein sources.

Like sweets are there provide an armful amount of carbohydrates . Indian food is food which is available from normal affordable range to 3-4 figure amount.

And by providing you complete nutrition within your meals. Indian diet is rich due to of its raw material good availability and there economically value for society.
