Know the root cause of Indian females getting weighty in comparison to the men.

Before starting any discussion ask a simple question to yourself, where do we live? I bet all of us will sum up the answer in one word that is, at our home. This is not a silly question to be asked and the answer will be – it is our body where we live. Our body is the only place where we live and for what we live.

Women are the carriers of life from one generation to the next generation. And the fact is women face health issues such as obesity, malnutrition and other problems in comparison to men. If we are taking examples of Indian women, all of us know the fact that most of the Indian Women are homemakers which is a really tricky job.

According to the researchers, women face hormonal disbalance more than men, which often leads them towards weight loss, weight gain, depression, and often PCOS. The core reasons of hormonal disbalances are gap between meals, insufficient nutrients in the diet plan, insufficient rest, loads of stress and many others. To put it simply, women are one type of victim of the cruel effects of hormonal diseases. First of all, the gap between two meals should be reduced. According to the doctors do not munch a lot at a time, eat food in frequent intervals in moderate quantities. Eat right types of food; mainly include fresh fruits and vegetables.

As these foods contain folic acid which is a magical ingredient for women. Folic acid can reduce the gynaecological problems in women’s health. Women are often advised to consume vitamin c-rich foods and fruits for the same reason.

Poor dietary is the root cause of anaemia in Indian girls and women. Science says that women need more iron to maintain the haemoglobin level in their body. This problem of anaemia is common in the girls and women dwelling in the rural area due to lack of education and social discrimination. Fish, meat, eggs are rich in iron; in case of vegetarian diets there are vegetables and fruits rich in iron and other minerals such as tomato, spinach, mushrooms and many others.

Include foods that are rich in fibre in your diet as they lower down the increase of blood sugar in your health. Foods like flaxseeds, fish and walnuts should be included in your diet as a provider of beneficial fats. Consult a good dietician to know about your daily dose of vitamins and minerals. Apart from diets Indian women pay little or no hid to exercise. If you compare Indian women with western women the first difference will be the body. The prime reason would be western women include physical activity in their daily work schedule. They never skip going to the gym or going for a walk to maintain a healthy physique.
