We all specially love our grannies a lot for pampering us with these stuff like pakoras, samosas in children which are filled with oil which shows their amount of love that they have for us. Isn’t it?

Just as how the looks of a person cannot define whether the person is good or bad similarly just because the food tastes good and is filled with fats does not necessarily mean that it is good for health. It is not that all fats are bad. But trans fats are bad which beyond a certain limit can even lead to various cardiovascular diseases like atherosclerosis and heart attack.

Try to limit the consumption of saturated fats and consume fats which are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids.

You may be wondering why?

Well, if you consume a lot of fats like margarine they are harmful for your health. Not only that it can increase the number and size of adipocytes in your body in certain areas specially like the favourites are waist, hips, buttocks and abdomen in females. That’s disheartening right? You may be wondering then what are good fats then? Good fats are those fats which remove all the harmful fats deposited in your arteries thus preventing harmful diseases like atherosclerosis and heart attack.
